John Schrooten Owner
Before starting Virtual Business Associates in 2019 John had 25 years working in for corporate and SME organisations in Australia.
John's career experience is broad and includes roles in General Management, Finance, Systems, Logistics and Procurement within retail, wholesale and distribution, manufacturing and banking.

He is a specialist in maximising business computer systems to achieve optimum results.
He has worked with many systems with a recent focus on HARMONiQ, Micronet, XERO and Quickbooks.
Andrew Younan
Andrew is an experienced Administration Manager with a history of improving efficiencies and procedures with a key focus on improving the customer experience.

His experience as a small business owner and having worked for a range of SME's allows him to provide fantastic insights to our clients.

Phil Raby FCPA
Phil so far has more than 30 years’ experience as a Fellow of CPA Australia.
Having spent the first half of his career in the corporate world he made the move to SME’s and has owned and ran 3 successful small businesses one of which was outsourcing the financial back office for franchisees.
He has managed several business system implementations in the corporate and SME sectors.
He has worked with many systems including Micronet, HARMONIq, BPCS, XERO, MYOB and Vend POS.
